After the first four songs which were (in order, but the only order of songs I remember from the show other than that 'Introduce Yourself' and 'WCAL' came one after the other only now I can't remember which came first) 'What A Day', Be Aggressive', Midlife Crisis' and 'Gentle Art...' Roddy said 'You seem to know all the words.' Cos all of those songs had been carried out word perfect by the crowd to the point that Mike couldn't be heard to well at the start. Funny that, even though I couldn't hear, I couldn't stop myself from singing! Anyway, the thing went like this...

Roddy: 'You seem to know all the words.'
Mike: 'You're very attentive'
Roddy (though maybe R said something else and then Mike said it): You've been studying us.

After a few songs later, Roddy was saying something, but unfortunatly I don't think I EVER heard it as I was kinda in awe of Mike as he fiddled around and did stuff while Roddy talked. I only took my eyes off him for a second to glance at Roddy and then back to Mike. I'm sorry Stefan, you might lose some respect for me, but I can't help but find Mike fucking good looking. I hadn't seen the guy this close up ever and it was like a total dream type thing. Thinking of it for so long and then he was finally there. Different to when he was singing cos he looks psycho then, but here he was just fiddling like a normal person so it was interesting for me to watch. Sorry!

Another great thing was during 'What A Day'. I never really liked the song very much at all, but when they opened with it, it was totally unreal! Like everyone went crazy and created this atmosphere of mayhem. But the real clincher to me now loving 'What A Day' as a favourite is the guitar on it. Man, this will sound really corny but this is how I felt. The bit of guitar just after 'I never felt it beforrrrrr' just was the most electrifying thing I've ever experienced and it made me want to hang limp and let the music just take over my whole body. Just the strangest thing that ever happened. Please tell me what you think of that cos I'd like to know if you think I'm weird. :) Anyway, 'What A Day' has been one of my favourites since then.

Apparently Mike was a bit drunk on this night he drank at least 2 beers (Fosters. I saw the label) and he was generally being a total prick. Not everyone likes to admit it, but me and all my friends were really down about it on the way home. All of us carrying on about what an arse he was, but then he was really sweet and nice on the Monday night and blew us kisses and all. Anyway, I wasn't sure of the full story of this until afterwards cos it happened to my friend. All i could see was Mike mouthing 'Fuck You' a few times to someone. What actually happened was some girl screamed out 'I Love You Mike' and he mouthed it to her. My friend Daniel was really disgusted by this and stuck his finger up at Mike who looked at him pointing and mouthing with an evil smirk on his face 'No, Fuck YOU!'. It was creepy. So evil.
